The Rotaflex universal pickup system comprises a range of components that can be assembled in various formats.
The heart of the system is a base unit which is available in four heights; primarily these provide a mounting point for Rotaflex pickup units; secondly they form a secure base to attach a range of accessories.
The accessories enable a range of options to be catered for from basic lids to cones and expansion sections.
These can be used as bag tip stations, buffer storage hoppers, enclosures for batch weighers; the possibilities are endless, in addition the entire system has been designed to be weatherproof and can therefore be sited outside.
The outlet from the base unit and inclined lids are terminated with a type C flange; this allows any of the Rotaflex type C units to connect directly these include - final outlet units, slides, Y splitters, type 5 angle adaptors, rotary adaptors and pickup units to be attached either above or below.
The base unit is designed to accept loadings of up to one tonne imposed from above if the unit is to be used as a buffer hopper.
If the unit is to be used for housing electronic batch weighers there is a vibration isolation unit that fits beneath; this ensures that vibrations from the pickup conveyor are minimised.
CAD drawings can be customised to show a specific set of components assembled to suit your requirements.
