Press Refurbishment

With PCatchpole expert services we are able to offer press refurbishment of the highest standard. We take great pride in our ability to turnaround all refurbishments within expected timescales and budgets, giving the customer complete confidence. Key relationships built up over the years with manufacturers and distributors ensure your machine is fitted with genuine parts complete with guarantee. Our on-site pre refurb inspection enables us to specify the parts required, ensuring all parts are available for fitting on commencment of work.

Maintenance

We provide mechanical installation and repair services to the animal feed industry.

Every project is managed in compliance with British Standards and Codes of practice, and with Health and Safety and environmental considerations as the priority. Having extensive experience in a wide range of systems, such as pelleting, grinding, cooling and conveyor systems, we are positive we can offer a complete service / support.

Project Management

Why not let us manage your project. We believe it is essential when undertaking any large scale project that all parties understand every aspect of the project fully. We'll guide you through your project using the lastest project management tools and software. We will develop you a detailed Critical Path Method ( CPM ) Schedule, which we'll update throughout the duration of the project. This is created and issued via our in-house personnel to plan, schedule, coordinate and control work activities in order to assure timely and efficient engineering progress.

Fabrication

Installation

Specialist skills, such as mechanical, rigging, and fabrication combined with the necessary tools and equipment, which we bring to site, enable us to successfully complete all tasks safely and on time. Ensuring the customer is producing product as soon as possible is our aim.

Erection

With the preparation of a detailed erection method statement, we emphasise the sequence of erection and instruct how stability is to be maintained throughout construction. We understand every site is unique and poses individual challenges. Prior planning and individual attention is given to each project to overcoming these challenges and ensure the smooth and successful completion.

Fault Diagnosis

Using extensive experience and by working closely with manufacturers and distributers we are able to successfully diagnose and fix your failing equipment.
